The Miguel Salcedo Santana Semi-School has traditionally become a kind of pedagogical laboratory, from whose experiences other educational institutions in the municipality of Antilla draw their inspiration. On this occasion we spoke with Iliana Fundichely Cancañón, the psychopedagogist, who gladly took us to her office. She says that they work in a differentiated way based on the diagnosis, enhancing each student's opportunities and strengths, for the sake of a developmental learning process.
The beautifully decorated room looks like a castle built for these princes and princesses. "Most of these teaching materials are made from recycled raw materials. The family collaborates with us and together we are committed to the integral education of schoolchildren".
Next to her is Irisleydis La O, general coordinator, who assures that today one of the center's priorities is differentiated attention to students, with emphasis on those who have not achieved their goals.
